MAMHRF Pursuit of Joy: A Recovery Workshop
This event seeks to develop an understanding of recovery principles and interventions that work to promote recovery in our clients and ourselves. There will be three parts. The first is a single-case study of a “successful” recovery. The second part discusses interventions that work — focusing on Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness practices and how these techniques mesh to promote recovery. The third part discusses spirituality as a theoretical basis for the recovery model. The primary message is one of hope. Click on the "Events" link in the box at left to download a registration form!
